Gregory J. Woolf

Greg Woolf is the founder and CEO of Vantage Software. He has double Degrees in Computer Science and in Finance and Business Administration with Distinction, from WITS University (South Africa). He obtained a CPA while working at Price Waterhouse (Boston) in their Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions practices, servicing the premier Investment Management Firms of New England.

Greg's subsequent experience as an executive with various high-growth and investment companies includes extensive financial systems implementation and management. He previously managed the acquisitions team of an automotive industry consolidator and held the CFO position at a number of technology companies. He pioneered Vantage's unique, modular software-model which has been adopted by many of the largest and most prestigious private investment firms worldwide.

A successful entrepreneur, Greg founded and sold a tutoring agency which employed 65 professionals. Greg has occasionally lectured in Finance for the Technology Capital Network at MIT and is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences and featured in industry publications.

PricewaterhouseCoopers, Thompson Financial Services and State Street Bank.

teams have decades of cumulative development experience and a range of technical
skills, including analysis,design, development and project implementation and management,
with extensive experience in accounting, finance and customer support in the investment
industry. Product development is managed through an offshore partnership who has
more than 500 programmers dedicated to producing world-class software solutions.
